우리투데이 이동현 기자 |  우리투데이는 지난 1월 11일 제2기 대표이사로 박종택씨가 취임했지만, 1월 29일 '이중국적(러시아)' 논란으로 사임한 이후에 공석으로 되어있던 대표이사직에 2월 13일 채정오씨를 선임했다고 밝혔다.

채정오 신임 대표이사는 아리랑TV에 오랫동안 근무했으며, 그동안 우리투데이 편집자문위원장직을 맡아왔는데 갑작스러운 대표이사직의 변동으로 이번에 대표이사로 선임됐다.

채정오 신임 대표이사는 "우리투데이 이승일 전 대표이사와는 지난 2003년부터 인연을 맺어왔으며, 2024년에 우리투데이 편집자문위원장직을 맡아달라고 해서 뒤에서 꾸준히 우리투데이 언론의 방향 등에 관해 숙의를 해왔는데, 이번에 대표이사직 권유에 고민을 하다가 결국 결정하게 됐다"고 전했다.

한편 채정오 신임 대표이사는 아리랑TV에 근무할 당시 '아리랑인터넷방송'이란 새로운 미디어를 만들기위해 발기인 33명을 모아 진행하였고, 그 방송을 이루기위해 각고의 행(行)을 지금껏 이어오고 있다.

Newly appointed CEO Chae Jeong-oh has worked at Arirang TV for a long time and previously served as the Chairman of the Editorial Advisory Committee at Our Today. He was appointed CEO this time due to the sudden change in leadership.

The newly appointed CEO Chae Jeong-oh stated, “I have had a connection with former CEO Lee Seung-il of Woori Today since 2003. In 2024, he asked me to take on the role of Chairman of the Editorial Advisory Board for Woori Today, and I have been consistently deliberating behind the scenes on matters such as the direction of Woori Today's journalism. After much consideration regarding the offer to become CEO, I ultimately decided to accept.”

Meanwhile, during his tenure at Arirang TV, the newly appointed CEO Chae Jeong-oh gathered 33 founding members to establish a new media platform called ‘Arirang Internet Broadcasting’.
He has continued his relentless efforts to realize this broadcasting venture to this day.

《我们今日》于1月11日任命朴宗泽先生为第二任代表董事，但因其于1月29日因“双重国籍（俄罗斯）”争议辞职，该职位一直空缺。2月13日，该公司宣布任命蔡正五先生接任代表董事一职。

新任代表董事蔡正五长期供职于阿里郎电视台，此前一直担任《我们今日》编辑顾问委员会主席，因代表董事职位突发变动而此次获任。

蔡正五表示：“我与《我们的今日》前任代表理事李承一自2003年起便结下渊源，2024年受邀担任本报编辑顾问委员会主席后，始终在幕后持续就媒体发展方向等议题进行深入探讨。此次接受代表理事职位的邀请虽曾犹豫，最终仍决定接受。”

值得一提的是，蔡正五在任职阿里郎电视台期间，曾召集33名发起人筹建“阿里郎网络广播”这一新型媒体平台，并为实现该广播项目持续付出不懈努力至今。
